General Terms
All car rental transactions made through this platform are subject to the terms of the respective car rental agency. Napanbe is a digital platform that mediates between agencies and customers.
Rental Requirements
Renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence for at least 2 years. A valid ID or passport is required at the time of rental.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed through a secure payment infrastructure. The rental fee is determined by the selected vehicle, duration, and additional services.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the pick-up date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur the first day's rental fee.
Insurance & Damage
All vehicles are covered by basic insurance. Full coverage and additional protection packages can be selected during booking. The renter is responsible for damage caused by negligence.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and are expected to be returned full. In case of missing fuel, a fuel charge and service fee will apply.
Mileage Limit
Daily mileage limits vary by agency policy. Excess mileage may incur additional charges.
Responsibilities
The renter is responsible for the safety of the vehicle and compliance with traffic rules during the rental period. Use for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
